Well, my trusty Tupperware container was calling on me, so I pulled four more titles and put my thoughts on each.  What are your thoughts on the following episodes?  Is it a scene, a moment, a line or song?  And why? It is your favourite or is it the emotional impact it has on you?  Maybe it simply makes you laugh or hide under the covers.
"Born Under A Bad Sign"

This is another episode high on my list of favourites. There were so many great moments in this: Dean checking to make sure that the blood on Sam's shirt wasn't his; Sam telling Dean to kill him as he had promised but Dean unable to do so; Bobby getting the upper hand on the possessed Sam by putting the holy water in the beer. But the moment that stands out for me was when possessed Sam tells Jo how her father really died as he's tying her to the pole. It still creeps me out to hear Sam singing the words, "My daddy shot your daddy in the head."
Jared really did a fantastic job playing the good and evil Sams.

This episode really got to me the first time I saw it. I loved all the Sam and Dean moments in this one.  The confrontation in the motel room and how devastated Sam looked when Dean told him that the angels/Castiel and God were against what he was doing.  And when Sam had Dean pull the car over and tries to explain what he's going through.

But the scene that hit me the most was how scared Sam looked when Dean first entered the warehouse. He reminded me of a child being caught doing something bad.  Kim Manners really knew how to bring out the emotions in these actors; I so miss him. Sam broke my heart in this episode. You can see how much he is struggling with who and what he is and trying to justify his actions. Wanting to believe he is doing good by his powers.

"Mannequin 3: The Reckoning"

For this one, it was the opening scene where Dean is hovering over an unconscious Sam, with Dean near to tears, begging Sam to wake up. It was such a heart-wrenching scene.

"Two Minutes To Midnight "

With this, as much as I loved the scene between Dean and Death at the pizzaria, the introduction to Death will always stand out the most, with the slow motion and the haunting music of "O, Death" playing in the background. It gave me shivers.

So what are your favorite scenes from these episodes?

Hey Karen, yep...agree with all of your pics, especially the introduction of Death with the music -'O'Death by Jen Titus - and visuals that emphasised his power and awe.
BUABS: Also liked Jo looking for Dean (Deans ringtone!) and the interaction between them as she is fixing him up (butcher!). Particularly when Dean leaves, promising to phone Jo, and her 'No you wont' response, awww.

Born Under a Bad Sign - I liked all the ones you listed and the scene where Jo finds Dean on the boat slip. I've always liked Dean's ring tone. :-)
Metamorphosis - The fight at the hotel between Dean and Sam. Boy, Dean was furious!
Mannequin 3:The Reckoning - the beginning...tha t was so powerful. I was glad when Sam came to. Dean looked so relieved.
Two Minutes to Minute - Yes, Death....My favorite part of that whole episode. Death has good taste when it comes to junk food!

Boy, I sure to agree with all these scenes. The chilling "My daddy shot your daddy in the head." That whole almost rape scene definitely made me uncomfortable.

And who can forget, "If I didn't know you, I would hunt you," line from Dean and how hurt Sam's look was. Great line, there, but it meant nothing in the overall scheme of things.

The intro of Death and that great song was something SPN did perfectly. I downloaded that song from the CW site and still listen to it on occasion. I do so love when they bring Julian Richings back. I hope they keep it up. What a great actor.

Born Under a Bad Sign - I liked possessed Sam's exorcism, especially the beginning of it, when he's tied to the chair, and sassing Dean. "Dean. Back from the dead. Getting to be a regular thing for you, isn't it? Like a cockroach." And when Meg called Sam her 'meat puppet', I was nervous and wanting to laugh at the same time, so this weird strangled noise came out.

Metamorphosis - Mostly Sam trapped in the closet, trying to convince Jack that he's doesn't have to be a monster, and that great three-quarter profile when Jack turns his head, and says, "Have you SEEN me?" That still makes me want to cover my eyes.

Mannequin 3: The Reckoning - While my favorite is the opening, and the tortured desperation in Dean's whole being, the scene I always think of first, is when they're in the warehouse, and the cart full of arms and legs is setting off the EMF, and Dean is creeped out by the mannequin hanging there. I love when he says, "I don't like the way Kim Cattrall is looking at me."

Two Minutes to Midnight - I really liked Death's intro, but my favorite was when Crowley was schooling Sam and Dean about the Niveus vaccine.
"You two are lucky you have your looks."
"Aaah yes, that the sound of the abacus clacking?"
"That vaccine is chock full of Grade A, farm fresh Croatoan virus."
"Simultaneous, country-wide distribution."
"This time next Thursday, we'll all be living in zombie land."
I was actually panicking at the end of that exchange. And impressed.

I certainly agree with all the moments you chose. In "Born Under a Bad Sign", I love the part when Sam goes to see Jo, Jared does evil so well. And the part at the end, after he has been exorcised and he asks, "Did I miss anything?" and Dean just clocks him one. Retribution!

"Metamorphosis", definitely when Sam tells Dean to pull over. My heart just breaks for both or them.

"Mannequin 3", the opening with Sam on the ground, absolutely, but for comic relief, I love the part when the Impala gets possessed, and Dean says, "You leave my Baby out of this, she's got nothing to do with it". Can't wait to see her again.

"Two Minutes To Midnight", the part when Death arrives. That beautiful white Cadillac? pulling into the curb, the guy bumping into him and the way he just wipes the dirt of, all this with that beautiful song. Oh my, chills just thinking about it.

Hmm. BUABS - Yeah, you picked a good scene there. I'm a Deangirl, but Bad Sam/Soulless Sam/Up Against the Wall Sam has attracted my attention since Madison. (Not sure what that says about me.) :-)

Metamorphosis - eh. Not one of my fav eps overall, but I still laugh every time Dean and Sam accidentally bust in on the young woman.

M3 - Another not so fav because I was mad the girl had to die in the end. It was like the ghost was saying, "Sorry. I need my kidney back now." It still gave my chuckles throughout.

2MtM - Death is just plain cool. I hope we see a lot more of him or at least get a few more restaurant recommendations .
