#7 - The Chief, "Criss Angel Is A Douchebag"
This is the scene that inspired me to do this top ten funniest moments list in the first place. How can it not be acknowledged? It's really hard to get a fast one on Dean Winchester, so when it does happen, it better be good. It was. I certainly can't think of a funnier threat to a manly guy like Dean than to set him up with a gay dom who refers to himself in third person as "The Chief". "I think I've been had," a very uncomfortable Dean explains. "Oh, you ain't been had until you've been had by The Chief." Bwah!!
Come on, how many shouted to the TV "Sam" when Dean was asked for his safe word? Show of hands! Either that or you were too busy trying to prevent your guts from spilling out from your sides due to excessive laughter after seeing Jensen's priceless reaction. Who knew a gag reflex could be so funny?

I just have to say this however (cause I'm just weird when it comes to things like this) in other threads folks have called that thing The Chief is holding a whip. It's not, it's a cat-o-nine tails, but don't ask me why I know that.
A cat-o-nine tails IS a kind of whip, chaps. One handle, nine lashes (sometimes knotted for extra ouch). Very popular in the old days of the British navy for keeping the plebs in order (and before everyone gets the wrong idea about me, my partner is a huge Napoleonic sea war spod so that's how I know!-)
Looking forward to tomorrows offering!
But I have an over-active accuracy gland and I can't help myself.
Alice, I have actually see it in other treads as just a whip - so you are not alone, but hey, why use the same old same old when the specific term just adds hilarity of the situation! GRIN
