Youâ€™re so right who wouldnâ€™t take advantage of the opportunity to slap Dean/Jensen on the ass. Or even Sam/Jared or Castiel/Misha or Bobby/Jim or John/Jeffery orâ€¦

Hey Jas, both Canada and the USA are all part of North America. However I believe because the US had America in their name, it became common place to just shorten it and refer to them as America. Which makes me wonder if we here in Canada are referred to as Canadians, would the people of the US have been called United Statians, if they didnâ€™t have America in there name?
