Kathryn Newton was in three projects that won honors at the Golden Globes! She played Abigail Carlson in 7 episodes of the series Big Little Lies , which won:
- Best Miniseries or Television Film
- Best Performance by an Actress In A Mini-series or Motion Picture Made for Television
- Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries, or Motion Picture Made for Television
- Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Miniseries, or Motion Picture Made for Television
Kathryn played Angela in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri which won:
- Best Motion Picture – Drama
- Best Screenplay - Motion Picture
- Best Actress – Motion Picture – Drama
- Best Supporting Actor – Motion Picture
Lastly, Kathryn played Darlene Bell in Lady Bird, which won:
- Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy
- Best Actress – Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy
