So Donatello is able to affect the world. I guess Cas didn't brain wipe him? How is he scrambling the order to future prophets? What is in Nick's past? Cas is dressed like a doctor and trying to talk Dean out of his plan. Dean wants Sam to be with him but no big goodby scenes. Something has Dean panicked and calling for Sam. What do you think it is?
