Here are the clips for April 15th's explosive and very important 100th episode, "Point of No Return."

These are long clips each and loaded with drama, so I'm going to separate them out this time.  Yes, they're going to evoke the same cry out of all of us. "Is it Thursday yet??"  I'm putting the episode description at the bottom under asterisks, because it's actually somewhat spoilery.  Enjoy!

A frustrated and exhausted Dean (Jensen Ackles) begins to think the only way to stop Lucifer and save the planet is to say yes to becoming Michael’s vessel, but unbeknownst to him the angels have been coming up with a “Plan B.”  Dean, Sam (Jared Padalecki), Castiel (Misha Collins) and Bobby (guest star Jim Beaver) are horrified at the angels' new idea and take on Zachariah (guest star Kurt Fuller) to prevent the beginning of the end on Earth. Also guest stars Jake Abel as ‘Adam.’  John Showalter directed the episode written by Jeremy Carver.

(Just moving this down a few spaces so not to be spoilery in comments area)

Well, sounds like Adam is the Vessel B. I don't know how else would he fit in the plot.
# Tigershire 2010-04-09 01:36
I'm tickled we get to see...

Adam again. Oh man - is it Thursday yet??
# rroswell86 2010-04-09 08:34
I love the room number 100 showing in the first clip. Knowing this production crew, I bet we see a lot of things like this. I can't wait!
# Stephanie 2010-04-09 08:53
Holey moley! Why isn't it Thursday yet???
# Sablegreen 2010-04-09 09:36
Interesting! Good scenes! Never thought Bobby would give in. Glad Sam has got his act together now. Really, Adam can't be a vessel either or the boys still lose...either way, can't happen.

Loved the 100 on the door.
# SPNFAN 2010-04-09 10:40
Love the 100 on the door. Looks like a real tear-jerker nest week....why can't it be thursday already???? Scene with Cas is really touching, "I gave everything for you and this is what you give to me"....CAN't WAIT!!!!
# elle 2010-04-09 10:42
Gah! A week is too long to wait!

Not the be too spoilery but The Angels coming up with a "plan B" doesnt mean a "plan B" vessel, Look at this -

"Dean considers giving up and giving in, but Zachariah comes up with a new strategy against Lucifer that means they no longer need Michael!
However, the consequences will cause even greater destruction,
and the Winchesters and Castiel must stop Zachariah before it's too late"

If this new plan doesnt involve Michael then there wouldnt be any need for a vessel.
So if Zachariah is planning to cut Michael off - then I suspect Michael may be a little p**sed!

Oh goody, another boring outing with no tension and angst.

Nothing to see here, move along.
# Bevie 2010-04-09 14:45
Oh Randal!

You don't know how much you brighten up my day with your comments. You are my laugh of the day. Keep 'em coming!

That last clip was brutal.

Oh just to add - maybe Michael will "Borrow" Adam's body like he did with young John.
I hope Michael smokes Zach like he did Anna :D
Im also hearing that someone is going to die - I hope its not Castiel or Bobby

This episode is going to be awesome!
# Jasminka 2010-04-09 16:59
How much of this are going to have to take?! I'm glad that it's not Thursday yet, I need to stock up on kleenex and booze (screw the headache I will get from it) before that episode.

I so understand Dean, and I understand Bobby so well. I sometimes wondered how he made it through, and his confession about the bullet he wanted to lodge in his brain and the reason of not doing it hit home. My God.

This show is getting better and better and more painful by the minute. We are masochists to love this, aren't we? Can't wait till Thursday... Who am I kidding...

Only five more episodes to go. I wouldn't mind the occasional breather, you know, the odd joke, a kiss (come on, Dean could use a little embrace from Lisa), just a moment to shake off the trepidation.

Okay, let's man up... This is going to be big!

Love Jas
# Sablegreen 2010-04-09 18:13
Randal's right...this will be boring. :D Jas, I really understand both Bobby and Dean. Especially Dean, as I was a part of raising a younger sibling myself.

Thanks for the info Marie. I have found some spoilers about the show, but not those. If anyone is interested, Ausiello posted, "There is not a major death in this episode", but Sam and Dean can't die anyway, so really that doesn't mean much.
# Sablegreen 2010-04-09 18:15
Oops, also mean Cass can't either!
# Ardeospina 2010-04-09 18:32
Holy smokes, this looks intense. I don't think it will be Bobby dying, but someone better take that round away from him right quick. I volunteer my services.

I really hope that Sam gets the opportunity and is able to step up for Dean in this episode, too, because Dean just cannot help himself out of this. It looks like he will at least try from the preview clip. I just want it to be Sam that helps him through. It might not fix their relationship, but it will be a step in the right direction.

Also, is anyone else really amused by the idea of a Dean muppet? He and Cookie Monster could get together and eat pie and cookies!
# Freebird 2010-04-09 21:26
Oh my God!!!

Sam: "But I brought help". ???
Dean to Bobby: "You're not my father". :o
Cas finally lands a punch and he lands it on his buddy Dean. So not right!
Right, Randal, this is going to be sooo boring ;-)
And what's with the plan B?
And I am so pissed for I picked such a bad time to go on a trip with no internet access. Two-week-hellat us for me. But when I come back it'll be 2 new episodes in one piece :-)

Dean Muppet? Ardeospina I love the Muppets, and I just imagined Dean, Sam, and Cas in the audience instead of Statler and Waldorf - I'm sure they'd be a worthy exchange :D
# elle 2010-04-09 22:11
When Dean spoke to Bobby that way, I clapped my hand over my mouth in shock - especially from the look on Bobby's face.
Umm, is anyone else..looking forward to the Cas/Dean stand off? :-? I want to know what happens after Cas releases the fist, seeing how tormented Dean is.
Thursday? Come faster!
# Ardeospina 2010-04-09 22:27
Freebird, I love that idea! But Sam already is a muppet: Sam Eagle. Maybe Bobby and Rufus could be Statler and Waldorf!!
# Tracey 2010-04-10 06:35
These three clips are INTENSE! I let out a sharp "Dean!" when he spoke to Bobby that way, just shows how far gone he is. And the Cas/Dean fight OMG!!

I was looking realy hard for info about Michael in this episode.
Because it just doesnt make sence to me that Michael would be ok with not using Dean anymore, if they could use a Plan B vessel for the fight then Lucifer wouldnt need Sam anymore would he?
So i found that other episode synopsis,
the bit that says "Zachariah comes up with a new strategy against Lucifer that means they no longer need Michael"
Hmmmmm...I just cant imagine Michael taken orders from Zach or being cut out of the whole thing.
Can you?
So what will he do?

Im not sure Cas dying would be classed as a major death - although it would be to me :

I just cant wait for thrusday, hopefully my questions will be answered

I love this show :D

By the way doesnt Sam say "Puppet"
# Ardeospina 2010-04-10 23:09
Does he say puppet? I hear muppet every time. I really want it to be muppet, maybe.
# Freebird 2010-04-11 08:52
I hear Muppet, too...
Yes, definitely.
And I like it better than puppet :-)
Marie Winchester
# Marie Winchester 2010-04-11 09:51
Yeah its Muppet - I thought it was Puppet first time lol
# Tiecg1 2010-04-12 11:29
